Install a floating jet ski ramp adjacent to existing pier, no other modifications will be made
to the existing pier. This will not create any disturbance of any kind to the existing river
bottom or create any silt run off.
In addition, we would like to build an on shore storage building. The size would 20' by
30'. This would be located at the entrance to the existing pier. The construction would be
stick built, with 6" by 6" treated post foundation. The post will be hand dug into the
ground. Every effort will be made to prevent any disturb soil from running off into the river
by, construction supervision and silt fencing.
Everything being proposed is for private, personal use, only the homeowner and their
invited guest will be allowed on the site when completed. There will be no sewage
created by the construction, either by boat pumping or by restrooms

Install a floating jet ski ramp adjacent to existing pier, no other modifications will be made
to the existing pier. This will not create any disturbance of any kind to the existing river
bottom or create any silt run off.
In addition, we would like to build an on shore storage building. The size would 20' by
30'. This would be located at the entrance to the existing pier. The construction would be
stick built, with 6" by 6" treated post foundation. The post will be hand dug into the
ground. Every effort will be made to prevent any disturb soil from running off into the river
by, construction supervision and silt fencing.
Everything being proposed is for private, personal use, only the homeowner and their
invited guest will be allowed on the site when completed. There will be no sewage
created by the construction, either by boat pumping or by restrooms
