Dear Mr. Williams:
I have recently received and reviewed your request, via your consultant Environmental
Professionals, Inc., dated September 10, 1996, to make minor changes to your Kitty Hawk
dredging project, permitted under CAMA Major Permit #9-96.
Specifically, you have requested to move the spoil deposal area located east of Midgett's
pond to a tract identified as parcel 7 located just south of the existing Kitty Hawk Boat Ramp
parking lot.
I have concluded this proposed change will not measurably alter your project's impacts
to the environment and/or neighboring properties. Therefore, I agree to your proposed change.
This letter will serve as a refinement to CAMA Major Permit /19-96. All conditions of this
permit remain in effect. Please attach this letter to your CAMA permit for future reference.
