The project site is on Water Street in the City of Washington on the Pamlico River in Beaufort County, North Carolina. Your request to modify the aforementioned permit to construct a "handicap accessible" boat dock/ramp per the attached plat dated 21 February 2000 and revised 7 April 2000 is hereby althorzgd. All permit conditions still apply and remain unchanged. Your revised plats dated 7 April 2000 illustrating the authorized change will become a part of your permit and file and construction should be accomplished accordingly.
