The neighborhood is keeping the gazebo, the platform and all the floating docks. Nothing is changing they just would like to redo the 370 foot pier going from land to the gazebo. It's pretty simple , a straight shot that is 6 feet wide and pilings are 8 feet on center. The signature of where it will go will all stay the exact same. I remember you saying something about a permit that was very simple when it comes to rebuilding exactly what was there the same way. I have the riparian forms attached/signed and I'll send those with this email plus I'll send you a Google Maps picture of exactly what we're replacing.
