This permit must be accessible on -site to Department personnel when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered hereunder requires further Division approval. Included is my Check #2306, dated 10-18-22, for the $100 renewal fee. The Bald Head Island Club golf course opened pre-CAMA in 1972. Ownership has transferred through various developers over the years to Bald Head Island Limited, and then in 2001+/- ownership was transferred over to the Club Membership. CAMA 108-17 was issued in 2017 for the addition of the five new pools and the Horizons pool restaurant. There are always projects and upgrades, and with its nearness to the Atlantic Ocean across South Bald Head Wynd, this will always be an active permit. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
