This is with reference to your request to modify State Permit #86-14, acting as agent for Timothy
Glasson, to modify the permitted docking facility layout. The permit was issued on October 4,
2014 and will expire on December 31, 2017. The action proposed in your submittal, dated May
1, 2015, is to reconfigure the permitted docking facility with a reduction in the number of
proposed boatslips.
In reviewing the information provided, the Division of Coastal Management has determined that
the proposed action is consistent with existing State rules and regulations and is in keeping with
the original purpose and intent of the permit. This Letter of Refinement authorizes the
modification of State Permit #86-14, as described in your letter and plan dated May 1, 2015. All
permit conditions remain in effect. The docking facility shall not encroach into the eastern 15'
riparian corridor setback.
Please note this refinement does not authorize any work not expressly described above, nor does
it eliminate the need to obtain any other additional state, federal or local permits, approvals or
authorizations that may be required. By copy of this letter we are also notifying the U. S. Army
Corps of Engineers of our action. If you have any questions concerning the above or if I can be
of any other assistance, please advise.

To whom it may concern,
This letter is requesting a refinement of CAMA major permit #86-14 issued to Timothy
Glasson it authorizes the construction of a residential docking facility.
We are requesting to move the boat lift to the east side of the fixed platform and the
floating dock to the west side. This will not extend the docking facility any further out
than original permit and will reduce the number of slips from 3 to 2. Please see the
attached drawing and adjacent property owner notifications.
