Re: Renewal of CAMA Permit 181-96
Dear Frank.
On behalf of Island Creek Partners, i am requesting renewal of Major CAMA Permit -81-
96 dated December 19. 1995. The property is located adjacent to Pamlico Sound in North
Avon, NC . Enclosed you will find a check in the amount of S50.00 to cover processing
the renewal.
We remain committed to finishing the permitted project as ouickiv as possible Limited
work force, economic conditions and an unusually high number of hurricanes are some of
the problems which kept us from completing the project. Work accomplished includes
twelve homes and all of the infrastructure are completely finished. Four homes and a club
house remain to be built. There has been no material change in plans since the issuance of
the Major CAMA Permit 981-96 and the Droject is in compliance with ali conditions of the
current permit.
Thank you for your help in this matter. If you have any questions, direct them to me at
(252)995-5680. The renewal may be submitted to the address below.
Sincerely
I Z11

means you have waived your right of appeal described below.
Ifyou object to the permit or any ofthe conditions, you may request a hearing pursuant to NCGS 113A-121.1

carried out in accordance with your application. Modifications, time extensions, and future maintenance require
additional approval. Please read your permit carefully prior to starting work and review all project plans, as
