This letter of refinement is in reference to your 5 January 2015 correspondence requesting a
modification of Major CAMA Permit No. 66-14 issued to you on 28 July 2014. Major Permit No. 66-14
authorized a three slip boathouse, two personal watercraft lifts, boat ramp and the replacement of an existing
bulkhead at your property located off SR 1182 at 57 west Bayside Drive in the Bayside Shores Subdivision on
Chocowinity Bay near the Town of Chocowinity in Beaufort County.
Your request to change the orientation of the permitted boathouse within the Public Trust Area of
Environmental Concern (AEC) is hereby authorized. All permit conditions including the 31 December 2017
expiration date still apply and remain unchanged. Your modified plat received on 5 January 2015 illustrating
the authorized changes will become a part of the permit file and construction should be accomplished
accordingly.
