Dear Ms. Beane:
We originally accepted your application under the impression that it was complete. On
subsequent review, i have discovered that additional information is needed to complete the
review process Accordingly, I am requesting that you submit the following additional information
to this office;
1. A statement from the City of Wilmington or NCDOT that the right-of-way is properly
marked and the proposed location of the fence is alright. Also written verification that
the emergency pull -off meets their standards.
The coastal wetland delineation needs to be shown on the map to verify that the
fence will remain out of this area.
In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations, we note
that a certain time has passed while the application has remained in our office. Upon
resubmission of a complete application„ a local decision will be made in 17 days, provided this
period is not extended as provided by law.
