Dear Mr. Tank:
We originally accepted your application under the impression that it was complete. On
subsequent review, I have discovered that additional information is needed to complete the
review process. Accordingly, I am requesting that you submit the following additional information
to this office:
1. A current determination of the 404 wetland area and coastal vegetation area.
2. Permission from the Windy Hills HOA or proof of your rights to cross the common
property area to access your property.
3. Construction drawing for the bridge, retaining wall and driveway area to include
anticipated amount of fill, strip width and slope angle.
In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations, we note
that a certain time has passed while the application has remained in our office. Upon
resubmission of a complete application, a local decision will be made in 6 days, provided this
period is not extended as provided by law.
