From that point 15' off the structure, we can pull the full 61' corridor to the west so she has a full corridor. Take a look at the attached sketch I put together for reference. Please redraw the corridor as I did and include it on the plat with the proposed design and resend notifications to both neighbors. If you could have the neighbors indicate that they have no objection to the proposed project AND also the proposed redesigned corridor that would be helpful for any potential future disputes.
