On behalf of Praetorian Causeway LLC, I would like to request a CAMA General Permit for a bulkhead
replacement at 422 Causeway Drive, Wrightsville Beach, New Hanover County. The applicant proposes
installation of a bulkhead on the southern portion of the property. The bulkhead will measure 50.2 feet
in length along the waterfront and will have two 15 foot long wing walls. There is no additional upland
work proposed on the property. Two figures, a signed agent authorization form, a $400 application fee
check, and copy of the deed are enclosed. Adjacent Riparian Notifications have been sent, and the
certified mail receipts will be submitted when received.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything in addition to accept this CAMA General
Permit application as complete. Thank you for your assistance.
