Mao This letter of refinement is in reference to your 9 March 1994 request to modify Major CAMA and Dredge and Fill Permit No. 28-94 issued to Marion Dilday, James T. Wright, Wachovia Bank & Trust of N.C., and Joanne Hackney on 23 February 1994. Permit No. 28-94 was issued for bulkhead, boathouse, and dock construction on Tom's Creek at East and Latham Street in Belhaven, Beaufort County, North Carolina. Your request to modify the aforementioned permit to allow the installation of six (6) mooring piles beside an existing dock on the Joanne C. Hackney property is hereby authorized. All permit conditions, including the 31 December 1997 expiration date, still apply and remain unchanged. Your modified plat dated 9 March 1994 illustrating this authorization will become a part of your permit file and construction should be accomplished accordingly.
