And on the plot plan, it looks like the edge of the floating dock is more like 20', so we are well away from the HOA pier. 2) Yes, the Stovall pier will meet with all government codes and because we are not intruding on the 15' riparian setback, we do not require waivers. 3) The new pier will not interfere with the HOA pier or the other adjacent neighbor in any way, shape, or form. I hope this answers all your questions. Once you all see the Stovall's new pier ... I hope to be hearing from the HOA for their new pier!
