Apparently those "L lines" were never to be used as a recorded riparian line. The only recorded line to be used on these surveys is the established pierhead line. The "L Lines" are just distance measurements from the bulkhead to the established pierhead line. In most cases on Riverside, the L Lines would be exactly how DCM would draw the riparian line but in this case where we have a bend in the channel, the L Lines are not an accurate representation of the riparian corridors. Tara and I have redrawn the approximate riparian lines in the corner to give lot 28 a more fair corridor and also to make 602's dock conforming. Again, these new line are approximate and are not a surveyed line but it gives you a better idea of how DCM would draw the corridor lines in the corner.
