This letter of refinement is in reference to your 16 February 1993
correspondence requesting a modification of work authorized by CAMA Major
Permit No. 64-92. CAMA Major Permit No. 64-92 was issued to you for the
construction of a bulkhead, pier, boathouse, and dwelling with associated land
disturbing activities onsite your property at Schram's Beach.
Your request to make the following changes to your permitted project are
hereby authorized by this letter:
1. Change the T-head from 12' X 16' to 16' X 16'.
2. Change the boathouse om 12' X 28' to 12' X 24'.
3. Construct a fence on both property lines using 6" X 6" post
on 8' centers and 4" X 4" stringers.
All other permit conditions including the December 31, 1995 expiration
date still apply and remain unchanged. Your modified plat dated 16 February
1993 illustrating the authorized changes will become a part of your permit and
