This letter of refinement is in reference to your 25 April 1994 request to modify Major Coastal
Area Management Permit Number 4-94 issued to Camp Leach Estates Homeowners Association on 12
January 1994. Permit Number 4-94 was issued for additional pier construction onsite the existing
homeowners access area off of SR 1335 on Mallard Creek at Camp Leach Estates in Beaufort County,
North Carolina.
Your request to modify the aforementioned permit to allow minor relocation (5' to the south)
of the proposed 50' extension to the existing pier, is hereby authori . All permit conditions,
including the modified plat dated 25 April 1994 illustrating the authorized changes, will become a part
of your permit and construction should be accomplished accordingly.
