WHEN VEGETATION HAS BECOME ESTABLISHED, CALL FOR FINAL SITE INSPECTION BY CONSERVATION INSPECTOR. SEEDBED PREPARATION REMOVE AFL BL LOOSE ROCK, ROOTS, AND OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS LEAVING SURFACE REASONAY SMOOTH AND UNIFORM. 2.
