This permit, issued on a — 1 t — Q 1 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
be subject to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
1) This renewal must be attached to the original of Permit No. 70-93, which was issued on 6/22/93, and
all documents must be readily available on site when a Division representative inspects the project
for compliance.
3) All conditions and stipulations of the original permit remain in force under this renewal.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the
issuing date. An appeal requires resolution prior to work
initiation or continuance, as the case may be.
This permit must be accessible on -site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not
covered hereunder requires furtherDepartmental approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
December 31,1998
In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees
that your project is consistent with the North Carolina
Coastal Management Program.

renewed. As you can see, no work has been conducted under the permit since it's insurance. I
recommend the permit be reissued with the original conditions.

Mr. Gossitt, enclosed you will find copies of my original C,Abd.A permit, issued June 2',
What I am requesting is a one ( I) year extension on this permit. I have also enclosed a
check for the amount of S50.00. This per our conversation last month_ to pay for tite
extension on the CANIA permit.
At this time (December 26. 1996) there has been no work started at lot 27 Peninsula
Acres. This includes the building of the breakwater , bulkhead or pier.
