of permi 1134-78 ghat was issued to Mr. M. C. Cook in February of 1978.

F. Bell 'f Belhaven. Spoil storage from any future maintenance may be

Enclosed is a copy of a letter from Mr. Leroy F, ell, Route 1, Box 83
Belhaven, North Carolina 27810, request Mr. Cook's permit be
transferred to him and extended so that he may complete the work. Mr. Bell
has purchased the property from Mr. Cook.
On 29 October 1980 I visited the project and have no objection in the permit
transfer and extension.
There may be d problem of where spoil was placed during Mr. Cook's activities,
however this is being investigated and should not affect the transfer.
