This letter of refinement is in reference to your recent correspondence requesting a

7.0' long catwalk that terminates into a 12.0' long by 2.0' wide catwalk to form a boat mooring
on the east side of the pier onsite the properly located in Beaufort County at Hickory Point on
South Creek near Aurora, North Carolina. Permit No. 81-98 was modified on 10 May 1999
to increase the length of the pier from 270' to 347'.
Your request to modify the aforementioned permit to allow an increase in the width
