This permit is subject to compliance with this application and permit conditions. Any violation of these terms may
subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for
compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that: 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this
permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the
local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement from the adjacent riparian property owner(s)
has been obtained, or proof of delivery of certified mail notification of the adjacent riparian property owner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 100' long with 8' +/-
exposure. This will be the north and northeast corner portion of the wall.
We propose to install a new wooden seawall. Wall will be 64' long with 6' +/-
exposure. This includes a 12' long wingback on the south end of the wall. This
will be the eastern portion of the wall on the right side.
We propose to install additional 3/4" x 3' long stainless -steel tieback rod
extensions on each tieback.
We propose to install a new wooden 5' wide x 112' long walkway over land,
across the low area on right side of property. This will connect to the main
concrete pier near the beach.
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 200' long
walkway connecting to a 13' wide x 30' long platform.
We propose to install a new 12.5' wide x 16.5' long gazebo roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install two (2) new 10,000# Tide Tamer boat lifts. This includes the
installation of four (4) new 10" x 30' long pilings for each lift.
