We propose to install a new wooden seawall. Wall will be 64' long with 6' +/- exposure. This includes a 12' long wingback on the south end of the wall. This will be the eastern portion of the wall on the right side. We propose to install additional 3/4" x 3' long stainless -steel tieback rod extensions on each tieback. We propose to install a new wooden 5' wide x 112' long walkway over land, across the low area on right side of property. This will connect to the main concrete pier near the beach. We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 200' long walkway connecting to a 13' wide x 30' long platform. We propose to install a new 12.5' wide x 16.5' long gazebo roof. This will be a hip roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12. We propose to install two (2) new 10,000# Tide Tamer boat lifts.
