CAMA permit nunber 257 (copy attached) authorizes maintenance dredging
at the Cherry Branch Ferry Terminal in Craven County. I request that the
Permit be amnended to expand the designated spoils deposit area from approx-
imately 5 acres to approximately 10 acres. The attached sketch (separate
from permit) indicates the precise location of the additional spoils deposit
area requested.
