Peck Jr. Town Manager We have received your proposal for development regulation by the Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA). The activity you propose is exempt from needing a Minor Development Permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet these conditions, please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: This exemption letter is valid for the repair of termite damaged to siding and studs on the north side of existing single-family home at 1011 Canal Drive, Carolina Beach, NC 28428. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the approved building permit number 03-081 as originally submitted on March 29, 2003. All construction must conform to the North Carolina Building Code requirements and all other local, state, and Federal regulations. Repair: (G.S. 113-103(50)(5) and 7K.0209) — Structures may be repaired in a similar manner, size and location as the original structure. No expansions or additions are permissible. The repairs are limited to 50% of the physical value of the existing structure. Charlotte K.
