Brantley Tillman River Forest Manor and Marina 738 East Main Street Belhaven, North Carolina 27810 Dear Mr. Tillman: This letter of refinement is in reference to your 22 September 2015 letter requesting a modification of work authorized under Major CAMA Permit No. 47-15 issued to River Forest Partners LLC on 6 April 2015 for work on their property located at the River Forest Manor and Marina off Main Street in downtown Belhaven adjacent Pantego Creek in Beaufort County, North Carolina. Major CAMA Permit No. 47-15 authorized, among other activities, the total replacement of "Dock B" with an additional 9 new slips for a total of 17 and a 10' x 40' L-head platform at the end of "Dock B". Your request to modify Major CAMA Permit No. 47-15 for the construction of supporting amenities including shore power and water for one additional "side to" slip adjacent the L-Head platform at the terminus of "Dock B" is hereby authorized. Your modified plat dated received 29 September 2015 illustrating the authorized changes will become a part of the permit file and construction should be accomplished accordingly. It will not require any additional piling. It will be used primarily as an overflow slip for Dock A and seasonally for a charter yacht.
