Dear Mr. Tillman:
This letter of refinement is in reference to your 22 September 2015 letter requesting a
modification of work authorized under Major CAMA Permit No. 47-15 issued to River Forest
Partners LLC on 6 April 2015 for work on their property located at the River Forest Manor and
Marina off Main Street in downtown Belhaven adjacent Pantego Creek in Beaufort County, North
Carolina. Major CAMA Permit No. 47-15 authorized, among other activities, the total replacement
of "Dock B" with an additional 9 new slips for a total of 17 and a 10' x 40' L-head platform at the
end of "Dock B".
Your request to modify Major CAMA Permit No. 47-15 for the construction of supporting
amenities including shore power and water for one additional "side to" slip adjacent the L-Head
platform at the terminus of "Dock B" is hereby authorized.
Your modified plat dated received 29 September 2015 illustrating the authorized changes will
become a part of the permit file and construction should be accomplished accordingly.

Re: River Forest Marina
Dear Steve,
We would like to request the expansion of Dock B at the River Forest Marina to include the end
of the dock as our 18th slip. It will not require any additional piling. It will be used primarily as an
overflow slip for Dock A and seasonally for a charter yacht.
Please call / e-mail me with any questions or if you need any additional documents or support
information.
Thank you so much for your help. DCM
