All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawing(s). 1. No dune disturbance of it dunes area will be allowed for this development because the dune's protective value would be weakened or reduced. 2. All construction must conform to the NC Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations and the local flood damage prevention ordinance as required by the National Flood Insurance Program. 3. Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. 4. Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J. 0406 (b), this permit may not be transferred, or otherwise disposed of to a third party, except by the Division Director. S.
