Permit No. 15-15, which was issued to Potters Marine c/o Matthew Potter on 1/29/15, was issued in
error and intended to be a Major Modification to Permit No. 1-99. An Amended Major Modification to
the active Permit No. 1-99 was issued on 2/18/15 as a correction. The N.0 Division of Water Resources
and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project numbers associated with this Permit were originally issued to
Permit No. 15-15.
Permit No 15-15 has expired as of 12/31/18 and therefore is hereby null and void. The permit file for
No. 15-15 is located with Permit No. 1-99. The Renewal of Permit No. 1-99, issued 1/17/19 contains a
note detailing the issue.
