This permit authorizes reconstruction of an eight unit condominium and associated decks and walkways. (1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawings(s) dated received 9-21-04 and stormwater design 10-14-04. (2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. (3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. (4) The applicant has effectively demonstrated, through engineered, innovative construction design, that the amount of impervious surface areas may be exceeded in a way that runoff water will be managed by infiltrating the first 1.5 inches of rainfall from the development. This design allows for 52.9% of impervious surface area within the AEC of this project site. The submitted design was done by Michael Gallant, submitted on 10/14/04, and is dated 9/24/04.
