(5) The amount of impervious surface shall not exceed 30% of the lot area within 75 feet of mean high water. In this
case there will be 1,483 square feet within the 75 foot (Estuarine Shoreline Area of Environmental Concern).
(6) Unless specifically allowed in 15A NCAC 07H. 0209(d)(10) and shown on the permitted plan drawing, all
developmentloonstruction including 0re overhangs shall be located a distance of 30 feet landward of normal high
water. 132 square feet of decking is being permitted based on sedon 15A NCAC 07H.0209(d)(10)(F). This
decking shall not singularly or collectively exceed this permitted footage.
(7) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by
effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any lend -disturbing activities, a border line of
filter cloth must be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent bulkhead, marsh,
coastal wetlands or 404 wetlands, or water areas unfit such dw as the area has been properly
stabilized with a vegetalhre cover.
(8) All other disturbed areas shall be vegetatively stabilized (planted and mulched) within 14 days of construction
completion.
(9) Be advised that an as built final surrey will be required prior to final inspection with all Impervious calculations
and overhang locations shown. Overhangs shall not encroach into town setbacks.
(10)FM material has been approved for this property. The concrete slab Is approved at an elevation of 6.5.
(11)The (5)10' x 20' parking spaces shag remain accessible for the life of the structure.
(12)The underground stormwater retention shall not be located within the 30•foot butter area and shall be inspected
prior to being covered up by the engineer that will provide the letter of compliance.
(13)There shall not be any Impervious fabric — product placed until the gravel placed in the driveway that will not
allow water to Infiltrate through.
(15) No structure including the HVAC unit shall not be located within the 5 foot setback area measured
from the property line. All town setbacks are measured from the platted property lures.
(16) The primary Intent of these regulations in chapter 158.09 In part, is to satisfactorily control stormwater on
Individual parcels of land, and to control runoff onto adjacent property, or water induces soil erosion in any form.
(17) There shall be final elevations shown on the survey where fill material was proposed on the stormwater plan to
verify compliance with the approved stormwater plan. The as built survey shall also show all enclosed
