Information gathered by me shows that you are undertaking, or are legally responsible for, development including installing a pool and constructing decking around an existing pool on the aforementioned property, and that No CAMA Permit has been issued for this development activity. This activity is taking place within the 30ft. Coastal Shoreline Buffer in the 75 ft. Estuarine Shoreline (AEC) as designated by the NC Coastal Resources Commission.
