Fanella Cooper Willis, owner of 207 Bayview Blvd., Atlantic Beach, NC 28512, expressly does not waive any riparian rights, including without limitation with respect to any dredging or the location of any improvement and/or the use of existing improvements, whether bulkhead or otherwise, to function as a "pier, dock, mooring" for a vessel, within 15' of the property line. The request for a hearing will be considered by the Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission. The hearing request must be filed with the Director, Division of Coastal Management, in writing and must be received within twenty (20) days after the disputed permit decision is made.
