Your client can secure a CAMA General Permit to extend the dock, with the specific condition not to exceed a total of
177' (the approximate total length of the longest adjacent dock) waterward of the shoreline. I've attached instructions
and related forms for applying for the extension. The LAMA General Permit fee for docking facility applications is $200

Based on my discussion with my supervisor, we would not be pulling the 177' "marshline offset" from the extended spit
of marsh located to the south of the existing structure. I have attached a new alignment of what would be more
representative of the average marsh alignment along that shoreline. If you can provide me with the revised drawings
and proof of delivery to the adjacent riparian property owners, I can further work on processing your permit application.
