Mr. Digh,
On February 20, 2003, a site visit determined that the current residence located at 470
East Third Street meets the required 60-foot buffer from the first line of stable vegetation.
The determination is valid only for 60 days or the loss/destruction of the first line of
stable vegetation.
If no destruction or loss of stable vegetation has occurred in 60 days, the vegetation line
will have to be re -determined by the Local Permit Officer.
