Mr. & Mrs. Shupe,
On January 21, 2003, Janet Russell, whom is with the Division of Coastal Management,
Regional CAMA Officer, and I determined that the current house located at 480 East
Third Street meets the required 60-foot buffer from the first line of stable vegetation.
The determination is valid only for 60 days or the loss/destruction of the first line of
stable vegetation.
If no destruction or loss of stable vegetation has occurred in 60 days, the vegetation line
will have to be re -determined by the Local Permit Officer for the Division of Coastal
Management.
