THIS PERMIT AUTHORIZES OF CLEARING LOT FOR FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OF A 2250 SQUARE FEET SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING. CONSTRUCTION WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 31 FEET OFF NORMAL WATER LINE. ANY OTHER DEVELOPMENT WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PERMITS OR MODIFICATION OF THIS PERMIT. THE AMOUNT OF BUILD -UPON AREA SHALL BE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN 25% OF THE AREA WITHIN 575' FROM THE NORMAL HIGH WATER CONTOUR/NORMAL WATER CONTOUR, WHICH DEFINES THE COASTAL SHORELINE AEC AT THIS LOCATION. IN THIS CASE, 3,690 SF. OF BUILT -UPON SURFACE IS AUTHORIZED. PURSUANT TO 15A NCAC 07J.040(b), THIS PERMIT MAY NOT BE ASSIGNED, TRASFERRED, SOLD, OR OTHERWISE DISPOSED OF TO A THIRD PARTY BY THE APPLICANT, AGENT, OR ANY ENTITY OTHER THAN THE NC DIVISION OF COASTAL MANAGEMENT. PRIOR TO INITIATING LAND -DISTURBING ACTIVITIES, ADEQUATE SEDIMENTATION/EROSION CONTROL MEASURES MUST BE EMPLOYED TO PREVENT THE MOVEMENT OF UNCONSOLIDATED MATERIALS INTO THE MARSH OR WATER. THESE MEASURES MUST REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE AREA IS PROPERLY STABILIZED WITH VEGETATED COVER. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
