No work is authorized within the 30' buffer zone from mean high water. 2 All construction must conform to the NC Building Code reouirements and all Local, State, and Federal regulations. 3. Any changes in the plans for development, construction or land use activities will require a re—evaluation and modification of this permit. 4. The amount of impervious surface areas shall not exceed 30i, of the lot area within 75' of mean high water. 5. This permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to a third party. 6. The attached site plan showing the existing and proposed development is what has been approved. O This permit action may be appealed by the permitree or other quaiifie_ci persons within twenty 120) days of the issuing date_.
