On 10/23/01, CAMA officer Jerry Parker visited the project site. On 10/26/01,
after reviewing regulations, he gave verbal approval for the project and gave
instructions to make a formal minor permit application.
On 1/22/02, I met with Jerry Parker at the CAMA office in Wilmington to discuss
moving forward with the minor permit. He reviewed the application and again
verbally approved the project. He referred me back to Diana Rivenbark, the local
