Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. 1. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawing(s) submitted on: 2. All construction must conform to the NC Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations. 3. Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require re- evaluation and modification of this permit. 4. All development projects, proposals, and designs shall limit the construction of impervious surfaces and areas not allowing natural drainage to only so much as is necessary to adequately service the major purpose of use for which the lot is to developed. Impervious surfaces shall not exceed 30% of the AEC area of the lot unless the applicant can effectively demonstrate, through innovative design by an engineer, that the protection provided by the design would be equal to or exceed the protection by the 30% limitation. 5. (Over) This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per- mit m,.st cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on December 31, 2006 In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consistent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances. This permit may not be transferred to another party without the written approval of the Division of Coastal Management. All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively planted and mulched within 30 days of construction completion. g, Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7.1 .0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise disposed of to a third party. 10. Prior to initiating any land disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth or burlap must be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh, until such time as the areas have properly stabilized with a vegetated cover. 11. Storrawater disposal Ordinance must be complied with. 12.
