RE: CAMA Exemption for Bland Shores Subdivision
Dear Lopp Management Company LLC:
We have received your proposal for development regulated by the Coastal Area
Management Act (CAMA). The activity you propose is exempt from needing a Minor
Development Permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans
should change and, your project will no longer meet these conditions, please contact me
before proceeding.
Description of Activity and Conditions: erect a 6' crossover and two 64 sq ft. gazebos in
an Ocean Hazard AEC. All construction according to plat submitted April 3, 2003, All
construction must comply with the 2002 N.C. state building code, LAMA, and Army
Corp. of Engineer regulations.
