Management Act (CAMA). The activity you propose is exempt from needing a Minor
Development Pe1.rmit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans
should change and your project will no longer meet these conditions, please contact me
before proceeding.
Description of Activity and Conditions: erect a 12' x 12' deck in an Ocean Hazard AEC
not more than 255' from fist line of vegetation. All construction must comply with the
2002 N.C. state building code, CAMA, and Army Corp. of Engineer regulations.
