The construction of a pedestrian access over frontal dunes is exempt from CAMA Permit requirements
if it meets the following criteria.
1- The access way must not exceed six feet in width.
2- The access way must be constructed so as to make no alterations to the frontal dunes that are not
necessary to construct the access way.
3- Maximum piling depth is five feet.
4- Access must be constructed as shown on submitted drawing.
Please contact this office if the plan is to be changed from what was submitted.
