NOTICE OF DENIAL OF MINOR CAMA APPLICATION AND INCOMPLETE
APPLCIATION.
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-120, the undersigned hereby gives notice to the
applicant that the CAMA permit # 2004-058 has been denied. It appears
from the submitted drawing that the addition to the residence that has
been proposed does not meet section 157.060 (D)(3) which states in part
that a minimum of 25 foot front yard setback is required and the
proposed drawing shows that addition being located within this area. A
to a scale survey has not been provided to verify the location of the
property lines and the location of the existing house. This denial is being
based on the submitted drawing.
The submitted drawing does not show the location of the existing
vegetation line that must be provided so that I may determine if the
proposed project meets the required setback from the first line of natural
vegetation.
