located at least 5 feet from any portions of the septic system. Waterline must be located at least
10 feet from all portions of die septic system. All retention areas shall a minimum of 25 feet

13. The pilings shall be installed at least eight. feet below undisturbed soil.
14. The innovative stonnwater system authorized with this pennit must he maintained for the
life of the stnicturc addressed.
15. Section 158.09 (Clf4) states in part boat it is the intent of these regulations that starrrtwater
flow be contained within property lines in question, and not be directed onto adjacent real
estate.

development in this area, which is subject to natural
hazards such as storms, erosion and currents. Tlx: rules of

issued.

regnirementc by signing this notice in the below space.
Without the proper signature, the application will not l+e
SPECIAL NOTE: This hazard notice is required for
development in areas subject to sudden and massive
stormsand erasion. Permits issued for development in this
area expire on December 31 of the third year following the
year in which the permit was issued. Shortly before work
begins on the project site, the Local Permit Officer will
determine lire vegetation line and setback distancrat your
site- If LLwproperty has seen littlechange and the proposwl
development can still meet the setback requirement, tite
LPO will inform you thatyou may begin work. It is impor-
tant that you check with theLPO before thepermitexpues
for official approval to continue the work after the permit
has expired_ Generally, if foundation pilings have been
placed and substantial progress is continuing, permit
renewal may not be necessary. if substantial progress has
not been made, the -permit must be renewedanda new
setback line established. It is unlawful to continue work
