placed on hold. The application does not h eptic permit and
the review process has stopped. Once the required septic permit has
been submitted to the office the review process will continue.
Please be advised that the septic location shall be accurate on the
stormwater plan in order to approve or deny the permit.

locality authorized to issue CAMA permits
in the areas of environmental concern,

The application may be inspected at the
below address. Public comments received
by February 6, 2004, will be considered. La-
ter comments will be accepted and consid-
ered up to the time of permit decision. Pro-
