As I believe you are aware, we have taken down the old walkway and steps during the
construction of Ms. Cannon's new cottage. It is our intention to fill in between the two dunes where
the low spot is. The material to be utilized will be approved by the Town of Holden Beach.
Filling in this area will, I believe, enure to the benefit of both property owners. In addition,
it is our hope to add sand fencing and planted materials subsequent to this endeavor.
This, as I understand it, will be advertised so that the Town of Holden Beach may issue a
permit. If you have any objections to this, please contact us immediately, or alternatively, contact
Rhonda Phillips at the Town of Holden Beach, 910-842-6488.
