THIS PERMIT ALTHORIZES BRINGING IN SAND TO REPLENISH DUNE ON
THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROPERTY WHERE THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS CAN BE MET!
1. Brought in sand must be used to enhance the existing frontal dune in its present
location. The height of the dune must approximate other frontal dune structures on
adjacent properties. No donne dflad strudurrLaaAowed,
2. For sand originating from an outside source, the source must be identified and
adequate soil testing must be accomplished to ensure compatibility with the existing Site
beach sand. The trucked in material must be free of rubble, debris. incompatible soils.

and approved for this use, before permit is issued.
3. No work (bringing in dirt) will be permitted between the dates of MAY 1 -

erosion rate for the area where your property is located is
