hereby gives NOTICE that on December 29,
2003, applicant Gary Wings, applied for a
CAMA minor development permit to con-
struct stairs and uncovered deck at 320
Ocean Blvd. West.
The application may be inspected at the
below address. Public comments received
by January 16, 2004, will be considered. La-
ter comments will be accepted and consid-
ered up to the time of permit decision. Pro-
