(11) The structure must be set back 60 feet from the first line of stable natural vegetation (FLSNV). The permittee is required to contact the Local Permit Officer shortly before he plans to begin construction to arrange a setback measurement which will be effective for sixty (60) days barring a major shoreline change. Construction must begin within sixty (60) days of the determination or the measurement is void and must be redone. (12) The structure must be located entirely off of the frontal dune, and if a primary dune is present, landward of the crest of the primary dune. (13) Any structure shall be relocated or dismantled when it becomes imminently threatened by changes in shoreline configuration.
