This is with reference to your request, acting as agent for Dellaine Risley, to refine State Permit #76-16
which was issued to Dellaine Risley for a docking facility located at 2010 Deep Creek Run, adjacent to
the AIW W, in Wilmington, New Hanover County. State Permit #76-16 expires on December 31, 2019.
The action proposed in your submittal is to install one (1) boat lift within slip no. 5.
Upon reviewing the information provided, the Division of Coastal Management has determined that the
proposed action is consistent with existing State rules and regulations and is in keeping with the original
purpose and intent of the permit. This Letter of Refinement authorizes the modification of State Permit #76-
16 as described in your letter dated received July 10, 2017. By copy of this letter we are also notifying the
U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and New Hanover County of our action. Please note this refinement does
not alleviate the need to obtain any other local, state or federal permits.
