HomeMy WebLinkAboutOIB_00-92_Bland_e 00-92 Ocean Isle Beach Permit Nu Local Government RENEW CAMA MINOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT as authorized by the State of North Carolina, Department of Environment, and Natural Resources and the Coastal Resources Commission for development in an area of environment concern pursuant to Section 113A-118 of the General Statues, "Coastal Area Management" Issued to Norman R. Bland, authorizing development in Estuarine Shoreline AEC at 26 Laurinburg Street as requested in the permittee's application, dated July 17, 2000 . This permit, issued on December 31, 2003, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This permit authorizes to add 304 sq. f?. addition to existing house with an 8' x 13' porch, as shown on the revised site plan. MINOR PERMT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEC'S (1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawings(s) dated received July 17, 2000 (2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. (3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re- evaluation and modification of this permit. (4) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. (5) All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively planted and mulched within 30 days of construction completion. (6) No PORTION of house or covered decks/porches shall encroach into the thirty-foot buffer area from the mean high water mark. (7) Before the final inspection, the designing stormwater engineer must certify that the stonnwater system was installed and inspected as per the designing engineers specifications -- 1 (8) Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may n assigned, transferred, or otherwise le disposed of to a third party. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered under this permit, require further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on December 31, 2004 In issuing this permit fl is agreed that this project is consistent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances. This permit may not be transferred to another party without the written approval of the Division of Coastal Management.
